Donations
HCFS gratefully accepts both financial and food donations. Since we are a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are eligible for tax deduction. Receipts are provided upon request.
Food Donations
We accept non-perishable food donations. In addition to bringing food donations to the Shelf during our regular hours of operation, donations may be dropped off at either of the following locations in Hayward:
- Marketplace Foods
- Northern Lakes Cooperative Grocery
Additionally, many local churches, organizations, and businesses have periodic collections for the Shelf.

Financial Donations

You can now make a financial donation to the Shelf in several ways:
- Online donations can be made by clicking on the "Donate Now" button at the top of this page. Donations are securely processed through our partner, Razoo, and can be charged to your credit card. 100% of your donated dollars go directly to the Hayward Community Food Shelf.
- Check and cash donations can be mailed to HCFS. Checks should be made payable to Hayward Community Food Shelf and sent to:

Hayward, WI 54843-0779 - Check and cash donations can be dropped off at the Shelf during our hours of operation. We're open every Monday and the first Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We are located at 16205 W Woodridge Lane in Hayward. Woodridge Lane is located between US Highway 63 South and Hayward High School, just off Greenwood Lane and across from the Marshfield Clinic.
